Over the past 9 years at CSX, I’ve led and contributed to a wide range of complex, enterprise-level design initiatives that support transportation, safety, and operations at scale. My work spans internal and customer-facing platforms, including ShipCSX, RTOP (Real-Time Operations Portal), Pre-Trip, ACS, OPTS, and XGate—each designed to improve efficiency, usability, and safety for the people who rely on them every day. I partnered closely with product managers and developers through Agile ceremonies, daily calls, and cross-functional meetings to ensure design solutions aligned with technical requirements and implementation. I also used Pendo to monitor application traffic and user behavior, created in-app guides to support adoption, and helped build a design system alongside Crux Digital to improve consistency, scalability, and efficiency across products. In addition, I developed visual assets for company-wide hackathons and expos, designed graphics for internal and external applications, and created custom iconography to strengthen the overall CSX visual ecosystem
